  • Managing talent reviews and change processes for new investments or acquisitions
  • Building the Silvertree brand as an employer of choice
  • Running internship programmes for high-potential but more junior candidates
  • A small amount of HR paperwork management and administration, plus oversight of juniors

Key qualifications:

  • Experience working in a related role in an environment with top talent, e.g., a top-tier PE, law, accounting, management consultancy firm or investment bank, or a leading retail, FMCG or services brand
  • Relevant experience in both leadership development and recruiting
  • A proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievement, and demonstrated leadership among your peers
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and hands-on attitude – you should be ‘hungry’, excited by a fast-paced and unstructured environment, and keen to build incredible teams from a blank slate
  • University-level qualification (in any discipline)
